The Raft Universe is an alternate universe encountered by a ship that passed through Bolder's Ring. The universe is filled with various nebulae - these nebulae change color from blue to red as they near the end of their lives. Two such nebulae are the Raft Nebula and the Bridge Nebula.
After humanity entered this universe through Bolder's Ring, they converted their ship into various smaller spacecraft, such as the Raft.
The whales, plate creatures, sky wolves, and the core entity appear to be native to this universe.
